The characteristic feature of the embroidery “Záhorie” is a geometric ornament / diagonals, hearts, stars / using cutwork. A common additional element embroidered with stem stitch are ram’s horns. The typical color of the embroidery is white, possibly a combination of white and red. The tablecloth is made of linen canvas using techniques such as counted thread work, embroidered with floss.
