Materials which in the past could not be processed are being give a new chance today; processes which were impossible to carry out technologically are becoming a reality with gradual progress. In the “fast fashion” culture, for a long time only a little thought was given to reusing materials. Thanks to today’s production possibilities, this idea is becoming reality, as people begin to trust in the circular economy and in the need to minimise waste. Technological innovations and implementing them into production processes can make a significant contribution to sustainability. The article presents one of the innovative fibres which has successfully made it into real life: fibre made from waste milk.
