The manufacturer learned comb-making in his native town of Radvan. He was active since 1919. He perfectly mastered the technology of processing. He produced shepherd’s horns, combs of various shapes and sizes, salt cellars, and boxes. In later years, he used horn to create free-form sculptures – fish, little birds – placed on pedestals. He actively collaborated with the Craftsmen of Folk Art Production. In 1960, he received the award of qualification as a master of folk art production in the field of horn production, granted by the Commission for Evaluating the Professional Qualifications of Folk Art Production Workers.
