His teachers were Juraj Ďuračka from Očová and Imrich Weiss from Záhorská. He produces various types of flutes – end-blown, three-hole, six-hole, paired flutes, fujaras, and shepherd flutes, most commonly tuned to G, D, A. He supplies three-piece fujaras on the market in a wooden case. The ornaments with which he decorates the instruments, he transfers from the drawings to the body of the instrument, engraves lines with a chisel, etches the surface with acid. The final treatment is coating the instrument with sunflower oil. He participated in the world exhibition of musical instruments Music Messe in Germany, in France, and in Switzerland with his products, he is the holder of the Instrumentum excellens award from the competition of makers of folk musical instruments from FSP in Detva (2001, 2002). As an interpreter on traditional folk flutes, he took part in the Expo exhibitions in Lisbon and Hanover. He also collaborates with folk festivals in Detva, in Východná, in Myjava, and other regional festivals.
