As a child, she crafted narrow meter-long lace with bobbins. She perfected her craft under the influence of her sisters. She learned to make Špaňordolinské lace. She began collaborating with ÚĽUV as a retiree in 1970. She crafted with linen yarn, which she combined with colored yarn. She also gained experience in crafting multi-ply lace. In 1985, she obtained a certificate for the recognition of the qualification of a master of folk art production in the field of lace, awarded by the Commission for assessing the professional competence of workers in folk art production.
