Native of the village Leles, he graduated from the Secondary Industrial School in Košice. He created more than ten monumental works inspired by folk settings in the exteriors of the Veľké Kapuše region. Later, he shifted to historical themes and sacred subjects. In the 1990s, he began working with stone, shaping it into both intimate and monumental outdoor sculptures. He has been devoted to sculptural creation as a freelance artist since 1998. He is a member of the Society of Hungarian Artists in Slovakia and the founder of the group of artists Medzibodrožia and Použia TICCE.
