A prominent representative of non-professional fine arts in Slovakia. His carving works were presented at an exhibition in Bratislava and Zvolen in 1985. In 1962, he obtained a certification of qualification as a master of folk art production in the woodcarving sector, awarded by the Commission for assessing the professional competence of folk art production workers.
