He comes from a family of wireworkers. His grandfather Alexander Hozák and father Jozef Hozák were involved in wireworking. He works with black and galvanized wire, producing utility and decorative items, wire-wrapping ceramics. He shares his experience in retraining courses in Čadca. He has participated in exhibitions at the Kysuce Museum in Čadca (1997), at EĽRO in Kežmarok, folk events in Východná, Detva, Myjava, Banská Bystrica, Trnava, Terchová, as well as in Rožnov under Radhošť, Munich, Brussels, Paris, and Warsaw.
