Viera Joštová Igriciová graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, specializing in ceramics. During her studies, she completed internships at ceramics and porcelain studios at the University of Arts in Prague, at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, and an internal internship in industrial design at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design.

She mainly creates small utilitarian ceramic sets and ceramic and porcelain jewelry, experimenting with various ceramic techniques. She has worked on various themes, including creating an installation of ceramic elements in the courtyard of a family home, a haptic tabletop game for the visually impaired, and collaborating with textile designer Ľubica Poncik to create the HABAN TOUCH jewelry collection, drawing inspiration from traditional Haban ceramics. She also works in other visual arts media. In 2022, she illustrated the book “Peníze až na prvním místě aneb Pár investičních otázek na tělo od Štěpána Lacinu.”

She also devotes herself to watercolor painting and occasionally to teaching. At the Crafts School ÚĽUV RCR in Bratislava, she taught the Summer School of Crafts for children and a pottery production course for adults. She has participated in several group exhibitions in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Austria. She lives and creates in Bratislava.
