She is a graduate of the Innovation Studio at the Faculty of Arts of the Technical University of Košice. Thanks to her studies at the Secondary Woodworking School in Spišská Nová Ves, she is closest to wood among materials. She not only theoretically but also practically masters a wide range of woodworking techniques – from traditional carving to carpentry techniques. As a designer, she naturally also has an interest in other materials – metal, plastic, or textile, which she also uses to materialize her ideas. With her diploma thesis, she was selected among the best diploma theses of design students from Visegrad countries in the international competition Graduation Projects 2016. In the same year, she enriched the collection with her jewelry design called Pass it on in the project Flowers for Slovakia – a platform focusing on popularizing stories of Slovak culture through contemporary design. Thanks to these projects, she had the opportunity to present her design work at home and abroad – in the Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, the Netherlands, Germany, and France. In her designs, she leans towards simpler yet playful forms. She uses elements of paraphrasing, sporadically drawing inspiration from Slovak traditions.
