She started embroidering as a child. She made extra income by embroidery traditional clothing pieces on demand. She started cooperating with the ÚĽUV after the establishment of the embroidery center in Heľpa. She became the manager of the center. She assigned work to embroiderers, calculated complex patterns, and designed new embroideries from Horehronie. She mastered all the techniques of traditional Horehronie embroidery. In 1983, she obtained a certificate as a master of folk art production in the field of embroidery, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Qualifications of Workers in Folk Art Production.
