In 1994, she obtained a professional qualification as a gingerbread teacher, awarded by the Slovak Beekeepers Association. She draws inspiration for decorating cut-out gingerbreads from traditional ornamentation. She has been actively engaged in this technique since 1980. She avoids colorful decorations, preferring to adorn with only white icing using the cornet technique. In addition to traditional shapes such as hearts, horses, dolls, houses, and others, she also focuses on creating three-dimensional pieces. She regularly participates in various events both domestically and internationally. She has received numerous awards at gastronomic competitions, including a gold medal at the Danubius Gastro exhibition in Bratislava, a silver medal at an international competition in Luxembourg, a gold medal at an international gingerbread competition in Hradec Králové, and at a world gastronomic competition in Erfurt, Germany. Since 1995, she has been organizing courses under the auspices of the city of Trenčín and the surrounding region. In 2009, she obtained a certificate as a master of folk art production specializing in gingerbread decoration, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Qualifications of Workers in Folk Art Production.
