As a little child, she helped her mother and grandmother mark and place motifs for full pre-embroidered design. At the age of 10, she got her own frame and started embroidering. In 1964, she began collaborating with the ÚĽUV (Center for Folk Art Production). On a linen canvas stretched on the frame, she embroidered the Chateau embroidery according to the pre-drawn pattern. She actively participated in the patterning of vanished embroideries from Prievidza, Liptovská Lužná, and Rybany. She also mastered the eyelet embroidery. In 1984, she obtained a certificate acknowledging her qualification as a master of folk art production in the field of embroidery, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Workers in Folk Art Production.
