He has been dedicated to producing shepherds’ crooks, pumps, dippers, troughs, small scales, and bowls since 1956. He carves shepherd’s staffs and his assortment also includes various products made of slate and painted eggs. In 2009, he obtained a qualification certificate as a master of folk art production in the wood, leather, and metal industry, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Skills of Folk Art Workers. The honorary title of master of folk art production was bestowed upon him for preserving and developing original shepherd’s products made of wood, leather, metal, and slate.
