She learned to bobbin lace in childhood. Later, she perfected her skills at a lace-making school under the guidance of expert teacher for bobbin lace, A. Lacková. In addition to multi-pair laces, she also made striped laces. She started cooperating with ÚĽUV (Center for Folk Arts and Crafts) in 1976. She made edgings for bedspreads and tableware sets with a demanding “apple” pattern. In 1984, she obtained a certificate recognizing her qualification as a master of folk art production in the field of lace, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Workers in Folk Art Production.
