She learned the art of decorating wooden benches with pin technique from her mother when she was 15. She continued this rich tradition of the village, both in color and ornamentation. She started actively producing them in 1941. Later, she incorporated figurative motifs into her technique. In 1962, she received a master craftsman certificate in folk art production specializing in decorating wooden benches from the Commission for Assessing the Professional Qualification of Folk Art Workers
