She learned to make lace as a child. She worked in a production cooperative from 1949. She specialized in Páropy's Špaňodolinská lace. In 1985, she obtained a certificate recognizing her as a master of folk art lace making, issued by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Qualifications of Folk Art Workers.
