She learned how to bobbin lace like all young girls in Staré Hory did as a child. She helped support her family doing so. Through her sister A. Jasenská she got to know the patterns used by lace makers for ÚĽUV. And so as a retiree she also joined ÚĽUV (1973). She made lace that was one meter long, with designs such as spirals, spiderwebs, and leaves. In 1985, she was certified as a master of folk art production in lace, granted by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Art Production Workers.
