According to the instructions in the magazine, she started making Easter eggs using simpler techniques – painting and waxing, later she covered shells with straw or carved various ornaments with a sharp knife. Currently, she uses the so-called madeira technique, finishing the decoration with waxing. She uses shells of various sizes, especially duck, goose, and ostrich eggs. Her husband Bohumil, daughter Barbora, and son Andrej help her with her work. She showcases her Easter egg-making skills at numerous fairs throughout the year. Her madeira Easter eggs are successful not only in Slovakia and Europe, but also in the USA, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. She has participated in several exhibitions and events in Nitra, Zvolen, Trnava, Stupava, Bratislava, Banska Bystrica, and Banska Stiavnica.
