About product
Hand-thrown on a pottery wheel from soft stoneware clay with fine grog content, interior bottom glazed with transparent colorless glaze, remaining unglazed. Inspired by the traditional Croatian baking dish chripnja, still a part of the traditional coastal cuisine. Consists of two parts, the bottom part serving as a serving plate for food cooked in the dish, and the top part serving as a cover and also, when flipped over, can be used as a salad or side dish bowl.
