Wooden form in the shape of a square. The front side decorated with identical tiny squares of bells, alternating with hearts with a trio of “swords” stuck in them. The decoration is in a diagonal arrangement. Made of pear wood. The form is composed of two boards, the back (rough) has two hollowed handles for gripping and handling.
