Number 619 pasted in the top left corner. In the lower field, two types of stylized flowers arranged diagonally, with four-dot patterns in between. Number 620 pasted in the middle left. Bottom left corner torn off. Back side: Clear surface covered with large flowers alternated with smaller branches. Illegible number pasted in the top right corner.
