At ÚĽUV, in the 1980s, master ĽUV Stanislav Trnka and artist Eva Kováčová collaborated on home textiles. Their partnership was mutually enriching and innovative. In addition to home accessories such as tablecloths, bed linens, cushions, curtains, calendars, etc., they paid special attention to textile toys, which captured attention with their designs in Otvorený ateliér. This inspirational stimulus led to the creation of a new cushion design, in the form of a stylized rooster, resembling the bird motifs in the embroidery from Nitrianske Pravno and its surroundings
