About product
The embroidery decorating the product is inspired by the folk costume from the villages of Čataj and Veľký Grôb near Bratislava. It is characterized by a stylized plant ornament and a full flat embroidery stitch. The embroidery is sewn following pre-drawn lines on thin linen canvas with a single-colored embroidery thread – pearl cotton. A special feature is outlining the motifs with a different colored thread.
