Heart-patterned cushion
She has been dedicated to the tailoring craft since 1989, gaining knowledge in school and also as a self-taught artist. Her assortment mainly consists of home accessories (tablecloths, cushions) as well as clothing (shirts, skirts). As for materials, she mostly uses linen and cotton.
An interesting fact is that she also sews with fabrics printed by a Perrotine machine according to her design, with the print pattern inspired by block printing patterns. The fabric production technique imitates block printing, based on printing with reactive dye and heat fixation at 160°C, achieving fabric resistance to abrasion and color stabilization. The fabric does not release dye during washing.
She has been collaborating with Úľuv (“ÚĽUV” – Center for Folk Art Production) since 2015
