About product
Wooden shepherd’s drinking vessel. The body of the vessel is cylindrical in shape with a recessed bottom, decorated along the upper perimeter with embossing (double wavy brass wire). A massive, ornately carved and profiled handle is attached to the upper edge of the vessel, its upper part depicting two carved figures of soldiers shaking hands (a memento of the liberation of Slovakia) with the carved text “1944 MOR HO ZDRASTVUJ”. The figurative carving represents a scene of greeting between Soviet and Czechoslovak soldiers.
