Handcrafted on a potter’s wheel, fired shard coated in pale blue covering glaze, painted with colored plant motif in raw glaze with majolica colors on the bottom and along the edge of the plate – possible pattern variants, second firing.
The pottery first caught his attention when, as a student of an art club, he went on a tour of the workshop of the Slovak Folk Majolica in Modra.
