Handmade mug on a potter’s wheel from pale stoneware clay. The mug has a cylindrical shape, with a gently rounded bottom. It has a single handle on the side. Adorned with a spotty white interior, and a combination of white and black glaze on the outside, with a hand-painted motif of sheep. High firing of the stoneware ensures excellent utility properties.
Zoja Golomboši is a Ukrainian who has been living in Slovakia with her family for many years. She actively creates in Bratislava, where she now has her own studio and fully devotes herself to her work and hobby in one – she creates ceramic jewelry and utility ceramics. She has been dedicated to the craft since 1987, gaining experience at the Secondary Vocational School of Ceramics. She uses various techniques in her work – modeling, wheel throwing, and molding. She works with stoneware and porcelain materials. She participates in craft fairs and festivals – EĽRO in Kežmarok, Ceramic Markets in Pezinok, Clay Celebration in Modra, Master Days of ÚĽUV
