About product
Pitcher made of faience depicting an owl, from red clay, wheel-thrown. Widest bulge at the bottom third of the height, wide neck closed and ending in a narrow spout with a rim, handle emerging from the neck wall. Decoration: central agricultural tools, rose and bud bouquets on the sides, two decorative plant bands. Inscription: MICHAL SEDĽAK 1871. Coloration: blue and yellow decoration, black outlines, white underlying glaze. Markings on the bottom: GK Damaged: chipped rim of the neck, damaged glaze in several places.
