About product
Wooden shepherd’s container, body with inset bottom, cylindrical in shape, tapering slightly upwards. A flat, ornamentally profiled handle with three circular finger holes and engraved geometric ornamental motifs is attached to the upper edge. At the top, architectural elements of a medieval fortification structure. The handle is attached to the lower part of the body with a brass circumferential strip decorated with engraved interlacing wave patterns.
He grew up in the Upper Nitra village of Jalovec and remained connected to this environment throughout his life. Wood had a scent for him from childhood. His father could make everything for the farm, and during the winter months he wove loom baskets...
