Ivana Habartová
The collection of felt, woven and knitted clothing articles were created by Ivana Habartová, a student of clothing design at the University of Fine Arts in Bratislava during an exchange study trip to the Faculty of Art and Design in Rovaniemi, Finland. She tried to create both the atmosphere of a Finnish winter and at the same time a snapshot of traditional Finnish craft. In order to implement this, she chose the three most common techniques in Finland: loom weaving, felting and knitting.
