Karolína and Michal Jankiv, the brother and sister behind the clothing brand Jankiv Siblings, have placed all their bets on the almost-forgotten technique of fabric shaping: pleating. Their precisely pleated skirts are unmistakable in the wide range of contemporary clothing, and their shape makes them exceptional. The basic premise for pleating is the use of special paper moulds, made of identical layers of paper, where the lower and upper ones must match precisely, while leaving space to insert the fabric. Pleating gives fabric a high added value, and the final effect is grandiose. Their skirts are good quality, long-lasting and timeless.
