We were invited to a feast with a huge horn of plenty. In sweet euphoria, we enjoy our days of apparent freedom, material excess, an inexhaustible amount of tastes and bliss. We swallow it down so greedily that we do not appreciate the content and we forget to enjoy the taste. We feed the feeling of emptiness with more and more unnecessary and empty products. Fashion, too, is going through this phase. Fashion driven by the media, the market and business. Fashion which is no longer defined by clothing designers, but by traders. Fashion which has lost control over itself. Fashion obesity became the central theme of my dissertation “Eco Trendy – Eco Friendly.” However, I continue to work in this same fashion as a designer and teacher.
