The European Artistic Crafts Days – EACD, initiated by the French government in 2002, is coordinated by the Institut National des Métiers d’Art [National Institute of Craftsmanship]. Thanks to their initial success in France, they are currently held with the support of the World Crafts Council Europe – WCCE across the continent, supporting people and organisations with a grant to present craft production and living heritage.
