This new publication by the master of folk art Jana Majerská is aimed at lovers of woodcarving who do not have much experience with the craft. She explains all the important steps to the reader, such as the choice of material, exploring its properties, introducing different types of tools and decorating and finishing the surface. The author gives you the opportunity to made two types of carved animals: a sculptured one and a flat one with ornamentation inspired by the Kyjatice patterns.
