Today, more than ever before, we are being surrounded and overwhelmed by different types of visual stimulations. Digital technologies, and lately artificial intelligence, have entered the world of design, art and crafts. Nevertheless, it’s interesting to note that there are still manual activities which technological developments have not affected in any way. These are mainly craft techniques, where it is practically impossible to replace manual work with a machine without the result being clearly affected. One of the most widespread types of such crafts is basket-making.
