This year´s biggest ÚĽUV event took place on the last weekend of August and the main theme was wool. The idea was to make the wider public more familiar with the use of sheep wool as a natural material. At the Primatial square in the center of Bratislava visitors could see a presentation of homemade sheep wool products from sorting, cleaning, combing all the way through the creating of final products. There were attractions and traditional entertainment activities included in the programme. Skillful craftsmen from around the whole of Slovakia met there, there were workshops for children, creative plays with wool, dance and music performances, traditional cuisine and a national costume fashion show – this was The Craftsmen Days ÚĽUV 2018.
