The highlight of this year’s ÚĽUV Master Days was the installation of exterior basket-weaving works of art. They continued to decorate two of Bratislava’s squares – Primaciálne and Radničné – even after the end of the event, for almost the whole of the month of September. Creating these works, namely fourteen dancers, four benches and three houses for children, was a year-long experience even for basket-makers grouped together in the Association of Basket-makers of Slovakia. The subject was created at the end of last year as the result of a joint effort between ÚĽUV staff and Slovak basket-makers.
