Ornamentation is usually an element of decoration of an object or material. Its role is to attract attention. It embellishes, decorates, personalises. For their dissertation project, young textile designers from the Academy of Fine Arts created collections of clothing or accessories using their very own materials, creating connections between material, structure and original patterns. In this article, we will present the projects: Skeleton of perception by Eva Husárová, Enthropia by Zuzana Trtolová and I´m not a robot by the three designers Erika Daxnerová, Nora Čanecká and Barbora Jakubová.
