She learned how to crochet as a child. She collaborated with ÚĽUV (Centre for Folk Art Production) since 1971. Initially, she crocheted traditional High Tatras lace (whole lace motifs), later she switched to meter-long lace (small lace pieces, teeth, little trees). She also made intricate Gemer patterns using strip lace technique based on a pre-drawn pattern. In addition to utility lace, she created decorative lace (pictures). In 1990, she obtained a certificate acknowledging her qualification as a master of folk art production in the field of lace, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Workers in Folk Art Production.
