She belonged to the first producers who started making straw decorations from burnt straw for the ÚĽUV according to the designs of the artist Janka Menkynová. Active in this production since 1960. She constantly developed her experience with straw and later made additional variations of decorations from straw supplemented with pumpkin seeds and other legumes herself. She learned to color straw and thus enriched the production assortment with new decorations – angels, suns, and wheels. Other patterns of her products were various shapes of trees, fish, birds, hearts, flowers, and more complex geometric compositions.

In 1991, she obtained a certificate recognizing her qualification as a master of folk art production in the field of straw production, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Skills of Folk Art Workers.
