He is self-taught and started from self-grown sticks in the shape of “tops”, to which he gives human or animal faces. Gradually, he began to make sculptures, trying to incorporate human qualities into the wood. He also devotes himself to making smoking pipes – each with its own “face” – and wooden crosses. He works with lime, spruce, and birch, does not color the wood, and leaves it with a natural appearance. He has participated in exhibitions in Hriňová (2002), Detva (2002), Trenčín (2003), and Stara Huta (2003).
