She comes from the wire-working region of the Kysuce Javorníky mountains, but her family did not have a tradition of this craft. However, she was drawn to manual work and dedicated herself to embroidery, knitting, and macramé. She tried wire working at the urging of her niece, who bought her wire and told her to try wire-wrapping an egg. In Banská Bystrica, she became an active member of the wire craft club and added wire bells to her range of products. She has been cooperating with the ÚĽUV since 2012. She crafts products using the technique of sewn lace and wirework, which she finds relaxing, dedicating every spare moment to it, even on train journeys.
