She has been devoted to weaving for 11 years. Klenovec is a known center for the production of woolen hair looped fabrics – gúbs. She learned to make them from her husband’s grandmother. Her assortment consists of white, colorful, patterned, and textured gúbs. In recent years, thanks to the artists of ÚĽUV, she has also started to produce woven wool carpets, blankets, and pillows. She presented her products at an exhibition in New York (2001). In 2000, she received a certificate recognizing her qualification as a master of folk art production in the field of wool production – gúbs, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Art Workers.
