She learned bobbin lace-making in Hodruša, where she attended a lace school. She made covers, edgings, and patterns using bobbins. She enjoyed creating lace based on new designs, whether they were figurative or striped lace motifs. In 1962, she obtained a certificate as a master of folk art production in the field of lace, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Art Production Workers. She was active from the age of 16.
