She graduated from the Fashion Design Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Since 2016, she has been dedicated to designing and creating clothes and accessories mainly using indigo dye under the brand Mišena. She draws inspiration from the craft of old masters, “reviving” this ancient technique and giving space for a rich blue color palette in her designs. She strives to find beauty in traditional artistic culture through her work. Some patterns that speak to her are hand-printed on cotton fabric. She also creates her own unique fabrics and pushes the boundaries of traditional indigo dyeing techniques through experimentation. Her collections feature elegant designs often complemented by sporty clothing and accessories. She showcases her work at fashion shows and exhibitions both at home and abroad. Currently, she is based in her hometown of Lastomír in the eastern part of Slovakia.
