Significant representative of amateur visual art creation in Slovakia. His carving works were exhibited in Bratislava and Zvolen in 1985. He worked as a turner, later as a technical official in Kremnica. He devoted himself to woodcarving. His works feature themes of mining, as well as of wandering occupations.
