He apprenticed as a leatherworker. Active since 1950. He worked for many years in Kožatex. In 1975, he joined the ULUV, where he started producing leather goods – document holders, wallets, pouches with embossed motifs. In 1976 – 1978, he designed a new collection of bags and backpacks, and a year later, covers for books and papers, and belts with decorative straps. In 1982, he was awarded the title of Master of Folk Art Crafts in the field of leather production, conferred by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Art Craftsmen.
