Textile graduate from the School of Arts and Crafts in Ružomberok, construction graduate from the School of Arts and Crafts in Žilina, specializing in wood carving. He devotes himself to creating wooden masks and toys. His extensive work can be divided into several artistic and thematic series, ranging from simple stylization to realistic representations and from historical life themes to current life and people. He participated in several wood carving symposiums at the festival in Východná, where he carved statues of Zbojník, Mountain Boy (2004), Mushroom Picker, Fisherman (2005), Violinist (2007). Since 1983, he has been regularly participating in exhibitions of non-professional artists at regional and national levels. He exhibits a collection of small sculptures in the gallery in Vlkolínec.
