He devoted himself to cooperage production. He focused mainly on utility items. He used maple wood in production. He worked on it with extraordinary skill, routine, and promptness. In 1962, he obtained a certificate of qualification as a master of folk art production in the wood industry, awarded by the Commission for Assessing the Professional Competence of Folk Art Workers.
